Account Deletion
You can start account deletion directly in the JointWorth app. Deletion is irreversible, so save anything you need before continuing.

Open JointWorth and select the Me tab

Open your profile or account settings

Select Delete Account

Follow the confirmation shown in the app
Before you delete
- You will be signed out after deletion.
- Personal data you maintain will be handled through the server-side deletion process.
- If you manage a family, resolve family membership and shared data first.
- If deletion cannot be completed in the app, email qinfutech@163.com.
