Delete your JointWorth account

You can delete your account yourself in the JointWorth app:

  1. 01

    Open JointWorth and go to the Me tab

  2. 02

    Open Profile

  3. 03

    Tap Delete Account

  4. 04

    Confirm the deletion as prompted on the page

Cannot sign in or already uninstalled the app?

  • Email support@qinfu-cloud.cn with the subject “Request to delete my JointWorth account”, and include your registered email or username. Never send passwords, verification codes or real financial data.
  • We will process the request after verifying your identity. Once deleted, your account profile and the assets, liabilities, income and expense records, goals and notes linked to the account will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be recovered.
  • Records that must be kept for payment, security, fraud-prevention or legal obligations are retained only for the minimum period required by applicable law, then deleted or anonymized.
