JointWorth helps individuals and households record assets, liabilities, income, expenses, goals, and trends, and collaborate with family members they authorize. Features may change as the app is updated.
2. Accounts and Your Responsibilities
Some features require an account. You are responsible for protecting your login, verification codes, and password, and for activity performed through your account. Contact us if you discover unauthorized access.
3. Data Accuracy and Family Sharing
Financial data is mainly entered and maintained by you and authorized household members. You are responsible for checking its accuracy, member identities, and sharing scope. JointWorth summaries depend on the information supplied and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Purchase and Pricing
JointWorth is free to download and offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features for the purchasing JointWorth account. It is not a subscription. Prices, currencies, taxes, and later changes vary by App Store storefront and are determined by the amount Apple displays before purchase. Apple processes the payment.
5. Refunds
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot directly approve or issue refunds for Apple transactions. You may submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem service or Apple Support.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attack or interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or upload content that violates law or another person's rights.
7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the app and close your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms or conduct that threatens users or the service.
8. No Financial Advice
JointWorth is a household finance organization and information tool. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for every purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses resulting from reliance on user-entered data, device or network problems, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
